Basel Running Tours was set up to give to offer an alternative way of uncovering the wonders of Basel. Its founders are Dean Wallis and Fabrizio Memon. 

Dean fell in love with the city on first sight. After living in London and Milan, Dean moved to Basel and found it the perfect mix of big-city attractions and history with small-city accessibility.  Dean also realised these are the ideal conditions for running tours - lots to see and all within an short workout.  As an keen Marathon runner Dean quickly turned this into his mission and can be seen pounding the streets most days in search of new finds and stories to share with customers. dean@baselrunningtours.com

Fabrizio is also a Londoner and came to Basel after living in Ireland and Italy. Fabrizio has a keen interest in nature and history and enjoys passing his knowledge on to those around him.  Fabrizio is a keen cook with a real passion for food and has lots of advice on where to shop and eat when visiting or living in Basel.   fabrizio@baselrunningtours.com
